Plan and align the IT Audit and IT Quality strategy with the CIO Develop and implement IT security and quality policies, standards and procedures together with the responsible persons at Motherson Group level Identify and assess IT security and quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures Plan, coordinate and execute IT security and quality audits, tests and reviews Monitor and report on IT security and quality performance and compliance Manage and resolve IT security and quality incidents and issues Provide IT security and quality training and guidance to staff and stakeholders Coordinate external audit partners for certifications (TISAX) based on measurable KPI and SLA IT spokesmen within his area for external audits (IATF and others)
